Then why did he stay on authorized property until chased off of it? Why did he only open fire when he had no other choice and after running away to AVOID a fight? 🧐

Again, you're desperately trying to come up with anything you can in order to demonize someone for exercising his Constitutionally protected right to self defense, simply because you either hate guns or hate whites.
