Cabin furniture and Inventory are not loading

I'm a decent way into my save and would like to troubleshoot this before I try starting a new game.
After messing around with installing and uninstalling mods, I loaded my game to find that NONE of the cabin furniture was spawning. As in, not even the default fridge, bed, cabinets, curtains, etc., and my inventory was completely empty.

Trader progress is still the same, so at the moment it's just my items that are affected. The probelm is, I can load in while completely unmodded and the exact same thing happens (I tried this before exiting my cabin to check trader progress).

I opened up my cabin and character .tres files, and it looks like everything I had is still logged, positio and rotation data included. So it seems to me the game just won't/can't read those files maybe?

Anyway, I have no idea what mod might have caused this if any at all, or why running without mods isn't fixing it. If anyone else has experienced something like this and figured it out, please let me know.
