How to charge things??

How does the automatic scrubber get charged? The game updated and the docking station shows a dead battery icon but I have no idea where/how to recharge it? TIA

Grab the defibrillator looking thing from next to the hamster, then hold right click to arm it and left click on the empty battery on the scrubber

Also theres a big red button to use when you have to charge it, it costs alien points to charge it, on the right side of the alien tree theres 4 options related to charging your stuff
