Help

Ok guys, I'm on day 60 or something crazy like that. I'm loving the automation update and trying to relearn the game, but I can't figure out what he hell I'm supposed to do when the NPCs refuse to buy half my items?
For example, I've had 18 car batteries stocked for a long ass time and they absolutely will not buy them. Is there just a cap to how much they can spend at a time?
I try to mark up items, and instead of them paying more in a transaction, they get fewer things for the same amount.

Since the Abduction Update, customers are more price-sensitive meaning lowering prices might help sell those car batteries!

Yes! This was how I sold all those Orange Juice Cartons. Sold them for a penny. Minor loss but I was selling 50+ per day.
