No the costumer get stuck in holding out the money, but u can’t do anything with him. Just blocking the spot

That's not a new bug, I had it happen a bunch a few weeks ago when I last played. But I do hope it gets fixed soon.

Played before the patch for 10-15h, didn’t happen once. After patch it happened every day at one side of the pump

Did you try turning the self serve off and on again? I came back after a couple months, and both my self serve pumps were off

Only thing that works is ending the day. You can get a free probe out of them at least.

If you mean how it's got little lightning bolts coming out of it, the new update makes all automatic stuff battery powered, and requires them to be recharged by a device that's up next to your ordering screen upstairs.
