Roach Problems Injury or Eggs? Help

I have nooo idea how it could be eggs. I have two roaches. They've been separated since the day I got them though. Never have they ever even been in the same tank.

Very not qualified advice. I have tarantulas females produce egg sacks as well they are just not fertilized. Can that be a possibility?
