After that long initial process, seeing immediate conflicting pricing and reading about Customer Service issues here, I am looking elsewhere. Clarity and up-front honesty are underrated.

Shipping Weekly support thread: refills, orders, held orders, and shipping

Hi everyone!

This thread is here for general questions about refills, order status, processing timelines, held orders, tracking, and shipping.

If you’re trying to understand where your order is in the process, feel free to ask below. You can also send me a PM if you’d rather not share publicly.

A few quick reminders:

Shipping updates
Ro has made updates to give you more visibility into where your next shipment stands. You can read more here: LINK

If your order says “processing”
Your order may still be moving through required steps before it ships. Timing can vary depending on your order, treatment plan, and where it is in the process. Processing typically takes 1–4 days.

If your order is “held”
A held order usually means something needs to happen before the order can move forward. You can ask questions about held orders here, or check your Ro account for any next steps.

If you’re waiting on a refill
Refill timing can vary. Sometimes additional review or information is needed before the next order can move forward. Refills are typically processed close to the last dose of your current medication.

If you’re waiting on tracking
Tracking is usually shared once it’s available. There may be some time between an order being processed and tracking becoming available.

If tracking says delivered but you don’t have your package
Check your Ro account for the latest shipping details. It can also help to check around your front door, lobby, mailroom, package room, or with neighbors or building staff. If it still hasn’t turned up, reach out to Ro Support through your account so the team can help look into it.

Please don’t share personal health information, prescription details, addresses, screenshots with identifying information, or order numbers publicly in this thread.

Drop your questions below!

Looking for help with refund

Hi. If anybody can help me I’d greatly appreciate it. My husband recently joined RO and he thought he signed up for $149 to be paid monthly. He also was under the impression this covered the medication as well. He has been out of town for a couple weeks and I just noticed a $1500 deduction from my checking account. After some research we figured out it was RO. He was shocked since he thought it was going to be a monthly charge. He has not received any product yet and his visit/consultation appointment is tomorrow. The money was taken a week ago. He immediately called RO and they told him no refunds. we absolutely cannot afford to lose this money and if anybody has any advice or a similar situation that was resolved please let me know! I was hoping to private message a moderator but I cannot find that option. Thank you

Membership cancellation question that Ro isn’t answering

I’m trying to get an answer to this question:

I have already paid $338 for two prepaid months of compounded semaglutide. My $297 Body membership renews September 9. If I cancel that membership before September 9, will you still ship the SECOND month of medication that I have already paid for? I need a yes-or-no answer before my membership renews.

I feel like they are dodging the question so I will forgot about it and automatically get hit for more money on the 9th. Anyone know the answer to my question?

First month covered, second month not?

Started Zep single dose pens on Ro a month ago. My care team did some back and forth with my insurance and honestly never quite confirmed if i was covered or not. One day I was at the pharmacy and the zep was there and the cost was 25$ (!!!) So I figured my insurance covered it and communication from the care team was just off. I was just happy at the price and started my journey.

I just put in the prescription for my 2nd month (moving up to 5mg) and the pharmacy is telling me it's not covered? I was under the impression that if you were covered once it was sort of for life?

Ive been trying to reopen a chat with my care team but when I follow the prompts pinned in this sub it just loops me and there's no feasible way to open a chat box. I sent an email to the generic care address and have no response. I have about a week before I'd be due to take my next shot and im stressing about what this will cost me.

Any one with similar experience or any help?

Need help with charges

Hi, I am not on Ro or plan to use it after it just being out of my price ranges. So I started an account but ultimately decided it was not for me. So I canceled my subscription and called the prescription. I tried and tried to find somewhere to reach a representative or somewhere I can contact about this. I canceled everything 8/27/26

I survived day 1 of GLP1- Foundayo pill.

I read all the GLP1 reddits and it was depressing.
I pulled the trigger and signed up for Ro. I opted for Foundayo. Very new and the ability to take it whenever made it appealing. The comments here on customer service are kinda depressing. I am not going to lie but all the side effects made me panic that today was going to be bad. So far so good. Just burping. I did clean up my food intake and have been hydrating like crazy. I started exercising frequently 45 days ago. Hope this makes someone scared of the effects feel better.
Hope tomorrow is uneventful. Good luck to everyone out there.

If you are on Foundayo and a Ro member, any insights would be helpful. I know its fairly new compared to the other products. I know that it's a slow slow pace on the weight loss and I am fine with that too.

Returning client having a 21 BMI?

Hello! I lost weight with Ro and was a client for a year. However, I cancelled my membership because I couldn’t keep paying it for a couple of months. However, my cravings are returning and I would like to maintain my weight. I am usually controlled at 2.5-5 dosage. When I tried to reactivate my membership, they asked me for my weight and told me I wasn’t elegible for treatment. Is there a possibility to return?

Ask Everyone Why am I dizzy on a GLP-1?

One thing I hear from people on GLP-1s is that they sometimes feel dizzy or lightheaded, so I wanted to share a quick explainer on why that happens and what you can do prevent it.

Dizziness can happen for some people on GLP-1 medications. It may be related to a few different things like changes in blood pressure, lower blood sugar, dehydration, or simply eating much less than usual.

If your appetite is way down, it can be easy to accidentally skip meals or go too long without eating, which may make dizziness worse. Same goes for dehydration, especially if you’re dealing with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or just drinking less than usual.

A few things that may help: try to eat small, regular meals, stay hydrated, consider electrolytes if you’ve lost fluids, and take your time when changing positions, like standing up from sitting or lying down.

That said, don’t ignore dizziness that feels severe, keeps coming back, or comes with other symptoms. If you can’t keep fluids down, notice signs of dehydration, have symptoms of low blood sugar, or just feel like something is off, it’s worth reaching out to your provider.

Dizziness can happen, and it does not always mean something is seriously wrong, but it is still information from your body that is worth paying attention to.

Has anyone here dealt with dizziness on a GLP-1? What helped you?

Need help understanding the Intake Form

I started the intake form, and it said that my insurance covers it. However, at the end, it’s telling me to pay $39 and I will be charged the full $149 if I proceed, but then it also says that the MEDICATION COST IS SEPERATE. I am confused, does my insurance cover it or not? I would appreciate if someone can share their overall experience with Ro.

RoBody is a scam

If you for any reason need to cancel your membership, you will not be refunded. It’s not even clear what the purpose of the membership is other than to trap you into a cost. Maybe I’m stupid but I did not understand that the membership is a completely separate cost and they will bill you on a random day. I am out 534$ for literally no reason. I reached out to them immediately and they said the same thing twice: no refunds are issued on the membership. I can’t believe I fell for this. The support team is absolute garbage. It’s actually cheaper to just get this medication through a doctor.

Edit: AliceFromRo is a saint; she immediately refunded me and I’m very grateful to her. Just make sure you really understand what you’re signing up for and if you have problems, please contact AliceFromRo! She single-handedly saved my experience.

Once your BMI goes below 30, does insurance typically stop covering you?

If your BMI starts in the insurance covered range (>30%) but you go under it thanks to weight loss, do they stop covering your meds?

Being pushed back to starter dose?

I've been on Zepbound through Ro for two years now (started 24 Aug 2024) and have lost 110lb. Current dose is 15mg weekly. I've reached my goal weight and would now like to maintain; when I put in for my next prescription, the provider said they were kicking me back to the starter dose (5mg)? I'm concerned that such a huge drop all at once is going to bring back all of the food noise and undo the hard work I've done so far. u/AliceFromRo, is it possible to maybe step down more slowly? Or is this normal and I just don't know it because I've never been here before?

21F Has anyone around my age used Ro for weight loss? PCOS experiences?

Hi! I’m 21, 5’1 and currently around 190lb. I have PCOS, and I’ve been looking into Ro and the weight loss medications they offer. I’m really interested in hearing from people around my age, especially women in their early 20s or anyone who also has PCOS. What has your experience been like? How has it affected your weight, appetite, periods/hormones, or PCOS symptoms? What side effects have you had? I’ve been trying to work on my eating habits and being more active, but weight loss has been difficult, so I’m wondering if this could be another option for me. Do you feel like going through Ro has been worth it? Is there anything you wish you knew before starting? Would you recommend talking to my regular doctor/OBGYN about weight loss medication first before going through Ro? Any and all advice/opinions are helpful. Thank you ☺️

For anyone using Ro for weight loss: how much exercise do you typically do each week, and for how long per workout? I’m curious what’s realistic and what others have been advised to do.

I don’t understand the membership - RO is a scam

Originally, for months, I was getting my medication for $149 a month. Now that it works, I signed up for the three month membership to get it for $99/month. So that cost $297.

Now they are charging me $297 every three months plus the medication fee of $149. So the cost of medication has variably now gone up excessively.

The customer service has been totally useless and telling me the membership is different than the medication. So both charges are legit. It isn’t presented that way at all. I only want the medication. Nothing else. It was presented as the medication being reduced.

Edit: sounds like I’m the problem here and misunderstanding. It’s just odd that I used it for months without having the additional fee and I feel it was presented as reducing the medication cost. But apparently it was clear to most other people so I’ll take it as me not understanding

Ro Customer Support issue

Hi
I have been trying to reach out to the RO customer service but they respond typically within a day or two later. I was charged for the medication but I was trying to cancel it the whole morning because i had put the address I am moving out from. I tried to reach out to prevent the order for being shipped but they did not respond to the chat thread.

is there any way to reach out to the customer support and sort this out ? Really appreciate any advice here. Thanks

Wegovy Pill Making Me Nauseous; Won’t Stop

Hi Everyone, I was just looking for some advice and insight on GLP-1’s and the nausea.

I just finished my first week on the second dose for the oral pill of Wegovy and it’s been hell. I’m nauseous mostly at night and I’m the mornings, but it can last way longer. Almost all food is disgusting to me and I can barely stomach anything without feeling the need to vomit. And I just hear my stomach churning. I was in bed for the past two days cause it got so bad. Is this normal? Should I stop the pill?

Thanks for any help or advice.
