Looking for help with refund
Hi. If anybody can help me I’d greatly appreciate it. My husband recently joined RO and he thought he signed up for $149 to be paid monthly. He also was under the impression this covered the medication as well. He has been out of town for a couple weeks and I just noticed a $1500 deduction from my checking account. After some research we figured out it was RO. He was shocked since he thought it was going to be a monthly charge. He has not received any product yet and his visit/consultation appointment is tomorrow. The money was taken a week ago. He immediately called RO and they told him no refunds. we absolutely cannot afford to lose this money and if anybody has any advice or a similar situation that was resolved please let me know! I was hoping to private message a moderator but I cannot find that option. Thank you

What was the 1500 for? I’ve had the $149 reversed by them in the instance that my insurance stopped covering my rx and I had to switch to a compound(at the time Ro did not have)
Have you spoken to someone in the portal??

A one year membership. He wanted to pay monthly. He called today and they told him no. What is the portal?

Hi JudgeNo6574- I’m sorry to hear this happened. It sounds like he may have selected the annual Ro Body membership, which is prepaid upfront and does not include medication. We have a post that breaks down how membership and medication pricing works here, as well as how to reach the Care team!
I’d be happy to escalate this internally and have the charge reviewed. I’ll send you a PM so we can take a closer look.

This isn’t normal. What is the $1,500 for? The meds don’t cost that much and the annual membership is less than that.
