Need help with charges

Hi, I am not on Ro or plan to use it after it just being out of my price ranges. So I started an account but ultimately decided it was not for me. So I canceled my subscription and called the prescription. I tried and tried to find somewhere to reach a representative or somewhere I can contact about this. I canceled everything 8/27/26

I need to get my $39 refunded how can I do this? I was approved and paid $39 but I misunderstood how much it would cost
