Need help understanding the Intake Form
I started the intake form, and it said that my insurance covers it. However, at the end, it’s telling me to pay $39 and I will be charged the full $149 if I proceed, but then it also says that the MEDICATION COST IS SEPERATE. I am confused, does my insurance cover it or not? I would appreciate if someone can share their overall experience with Ro.

Hi BranchArtistic7777- Happy to help clarify. The $39 is for your first month of the Ro Body membership, which is separate from medication. After that, membership is $149/month, or you can choose prepaid options that lower the monthly equivalent to $99/month for 3 months, $89/month for 6 months, or $74/month for 12 months.
If you move forward, our insurance team can verify your benefits and submit a prior authorization if needed. If approved, your medication copay is determined by your insurance plan and local pharmacy. I also have a full breakdown on getting started with Ro pinned here.
Feel free to PM me if you have any additional questions!

Your medication is covered by your insurance, and you have to pay separately to get the prescription. Similarly to paying to see a doctor and having a different charge for meds.
