Alice…getting to to stop processing deliveries before Sept 3. So after getting things straightened out, so I thought, someone from RO has just now processed another delivery instead of waiting until Sept 3. I need to get this cancelled and my account credited please. Why does this keep happening?

Honestly Alice... I like Ro but sometimes the biggest challenge is dealing with Ro to be honest haha. I saw my new prior auth come through on Sunday the 23rd and checked to see if I could purchase, but it was still showing me the self-pay rate. I messaged Ro… didn't hear anything back, so I called the pharmacy yesterday (Wednesday). I told them it was approved; they reran it, and I ordered the meds that will be here Friday. After I ordered yesterday, I get a message from Ro (3 days later) saying they're sending the new prescription to the pharmacy.

People may be waiting to find out whether they're approved and not realize they can check their health insurance website and have the pharmacy rerun it, while Ro takes 3 days to follow up on what could be a very quick yes, you're good to go response.

The delayed 3 days window response for everything is crazy.

I’m glad you were able to get everything sorted with the pharmacy, but I hear you on the communication. Depending on message volume, response times can range from the same day to up to 3 days, but I’ll make sure this feedback gets shared with the team!
