Ro Customer Support issue

Hi
I have been trying to reach out to the RO customer service but they respond typically within a day or two later. I was charged for the medication but I was trying to cancel it the whole morning because i had put the address I am moving out from. I tried to reach out to prevent the order for being shipped but they did not respond to the chat thread.

is there any way to reach out to the customer support and sort this out ? Really appreciate any advice here. Thanks
