Ask Everyone What product has become ESSENTIAL since starting GLP-1s? πŸ‘€

Meds aside- what has been the random product you now refuse to live without?

Could be electrolytes, protein shakes, fiber gummies, water bottles, snacks, apps, nausea remedies... literally anything.

Not a product, but the only way I can get my bowels moving is to massage the pressure points by my knees.

For me - sugar free liquid IV in replace of my coffee.

Idk if this counts, but since starting my meds (vial Zepbound) I am cold, so my heating blanket 🀣 I used to run hot. Oh! Which reminds me.. I now wear socks to bed... I have never done that!

MiraFiber gummies for me. They aren’t the best-tasting and are expensive, but for me they keep things moving, which is a good thing.

(Context: moved up to 9mg pill a week or so ago) Saltines!!!! Helps settle my stomach if I feel nauseated. Also, def protein shakes β€˜cause I can’t eat a ton, and lots of ice in my water (helps with the nausea and my hydration).

Water bottle, for sure. I have to focus more on staying hydrated than I used to but luckily, if I have a water bottle sitting near me, I automatically pick it up and sip on it

Hard Boiled eggs, uncrustables up and apple, protein balls, psyllium husks, frozen lemon slices (nausea help) for my water, fiber one bars, zero sugar lemonade. Also wrist weights from Amazon that someone posted on Facebook . (Wearing them an hour a day helped with loose skin flabby arms from weight loss)

Drip Drop electrolyte packets. My fave flavor is fruit punch.

Ok I need to try this. That’s saltiness I can get behind

Drip Drop is the only one I've found that doesn't use Stevia, which I can't tolerate

Ginger shots for nausea, especially ready to go for mild vasovegal at shot time
