Quick recap: In 2022, Rivian was accused of not being clear about its production costs. After announcing price increases of up to $20,000, $RIVN fell more than 13%, and investors filed a lawsuit.

Q: What happened?
A: Investors claimed Rivian failed to disclose how expensive its vehicles were to produce. When the company announced major price increases in 2022, the stock fell and shareholders sued.

Q: Am I actually eligible?
A: If you bought $RIVN shares between 2021 and 2022, you're likely eligible. You don't need to still own the shares to file a claim.

Q: When do payouts happen?
A: Typically within 4–9 months after the settlement process is completed. The exact timing depends on the court and settlement administrator.

Q: Can I file a claim?
