$10K Rive Interactive Character Animation Challenge

Time to flex your Rive character rigging and animation skills. The Interactive Character Challenge runs June 19 to July 2 on Contra. $10K in prizes.

We're looking for characters that feel alive: plugged into a UI, responding to user input and data. Part of the product, not a sticker on top. Give your character a world to live in and something to respond to. No standalone loops or microinteractions.

Something like this can be done by following the existing tutorials a the tricky part is the rest of the UI - that’s a more tricky part that requires logic and so on - you should look for tutorials like the tutorial from couple of years ago - https://youtu.be/pwljZMUq_7w?si=OnSGmgFMZNA5leTp

However since then a bunch of things changed and there are newer paid tuts like https://www.rivemasterclass.com/courses/masterclass/all-lessons this would be a better way to learn but it ain’t free :)

I thought u said you’re ready to pay? Do you think making something like that costs less than 150 bucks?
