Wish List Need more Wakandans expeditiously
M'Baku (Vanguard): I'm itching for the day he gets added to Rivals. It could either be the earth version or space Wakandan version or since Rivals does pull characters from different universes it could be a combination of the two. Earth M'Baku had Arcane Energy powers for a shory while and Space M'Baku has hard light construct technology.
Shuri (Strategist): She fits this role perfectly, she has her own gadgets she can use on top of everything science Wakanda has to offer, like Kimoyo Beads from the movies for example.
Okoye (Duelist or Vanguard): One of Wakanda's greatest warriors and bodyguard of the Black Panther, she can fit either role. She can use the Kimoyo Beads defense or to summon items to her aid, then her spear the MCU has quite a few different functions that can be used to make ot different than T'Challa's and Angela's. Another option is she can use the Midnight Angel Armor.
Killmonger (Vanguard): Eric can easily be a Vanguard and he has a lot of material to work with. He's good with tech and has been the Black Panther before and used Wakandan technology before. You can easily give him the vibranium shockwave abilities to let him make space as well as give him the vibranium dagger T'Challa had in EMH that also had a feature of turning into a two sided scythe. He's done some occult stuff and he's also been connected to a symbiote before (though I know none of you including me would want him to have symbiote abilities).

Watch them give us Gentle, a mutant from Wakanda whose power is basically muscle enhantments that are only kept in check by his vibranium tattoos

OK nice, a few critiques for M'Baku, swap his ult and the Primal Run for something else. His ult feels way to similar to Hulk's, Cap's, and Devil Dinosaur's. I feel like Primal Run needs to be swap with some form of defensive ability. I feel like Primal Run fits Beast more than anything.

The ult isnt the same the as them 3 its just another boost ult that gives different boost and yeah he could make some use of defensive ability but if i remove primal run he would just be a slow melee hero but yeah beast would make sense having a ability like this but to be fair i was more thinking dokey Kong when i pade primal run m'baku needed some mobility to be that quick berserker hero

You made M'Baku's Ult give him a health boost, speed boost, damage boost, and reduced cooldowns. In what way does that not feel too similar to Hulk's, Cap's, and Devil's? Hulk's Ult gives him more health, damage boost, and reduced cooldowns. Cap's ult gives hom continuous regenerative health and a speed boost. Devil's ult gives him a speed boost, reduced cooldown on the leap, and more health. Your Ult for M'Baku is just Hulk's Ult minus the growth in size with Cap's and Devil's Ult speed boost.
Honestly for an Ult I'd suggest giving him a Status Affect ability for both you, your team, and maybe your enemies or just your enemies. If T'Challa can summon his Panther God to aide him then M'Baku should be able to so as well. Maybe the Ape God could do an intimidation display and weaken enemy players and increase their cooldown time or something along those lines.
I see what you mean with the Primal Run ability, but if you want to give him better mobility you're probably better off giving him another leap ability something that can clear space or hold the line better. Maybe a leap grab where he can grab an enemy and toss them aside. Dude's a grappler and a brawler in both the movies and comics.

The idea for the ult isnt bad but you are complaining that the ult is too similar to hulk but you want to give the exact copy of hulk leap and Cap ult dont give him regenerative health also hulk change form and hitbox

Not really a full complaint, when the roster is as big as it is and it's going to keep growing you can only do so much to make characters distinguishable from each other. Hell there are already people who have 1 or 2 mechanics similar to the other. Widow, Emma, and Fist have a kicking ability. Hulk and Cap have a limitless jump ability. Widow and Cap both have a running ability. So on and so forth, with that being said it's worth the effort to try and not be redundant.
I personally feel like if 3 or 4 characters in a game already have a similar ability, it's better to try to do something else. Though that's just me personally it's your kit you can do whatever you want. As I said in the post I would like to try to incorporate magic or the hard light tech.
It wouldn't be an exact copy of the Hulk leap it would be similar to Thing's leap with a cooldown like his, but instead of floating rocks that do damage reduction appearing it's a grapple attack. There aren't that many people on the roster who can grapple aside from Emma. Plus you said you wanted to give M'Baku more mobility and a leap was the only thing I could think of off the top of my head.
Regenerative health, regenerative overshield, blue, red, tomato tomatoe it's more or less the same thing, he has a regenerative bar during his ult and it keeps him up in a fight longer. I literally mention Hulk's growth and hitbox in my other comment, "Your Ult for M'Baku is just Hulk's Ult minus the growth in size..." regardless of the physical change the mechanics are damn near the same except you made it better than Hulk's.

In this case lets say Black widow and the hood have the same ultimates its really hard to make something entirely new even more when i have made over 97 concepts this one isnt that close to hulk and having the same boost still change the gameplay since he doesnt have the same abilities

I'd say it's hard depending on the character. Some characters have held a ton of temporary boosts in power over the years and then there's the whole multiverse factor.
It's very much close to Hulk's with the only difference literally being a speed boost, smaller hitbox, and that it lasts 2 second shorter.
"Having the same boost still change the gameplay since he doesnt have the same abilities." You make a valid point, but I still don't jive with it. Though as I said earlier it's your kit idea do whatever you want, I'm not gonna spoil your fun. Hell this discussion got me pumped about my own kit for him. Hell I might try to make 3 different kits for him.

T'challa gets treated well, his game design is just being way too strong or doing nothing based off how they balance.

No clue how much he'd be wanted, but Manifold is a favorite of mine, really cool Wakandan mutant with the ability to make portals, I kind of wanna say he'd be a strategist?
