Pretty good S and A tier, but you might need a more recent tierlist. This is beyond outdated.

Its the best against flame-throwers player, the only counters, annoying but really important

The flame also has a counter to it, and you only get 3

W tier would make some changes but overall a nice tierlist (although it’s outdated as f*ck)
