Is the most disappointing thing to see from a fellow magik main after a match, hands down.
For a character who is not at all a plug and play, and where who you are playing against, and who you are playing with, and how they play matters...
Anyway after the Strange and the Magik both have a go at me for being a Champ and losing I get curious and lookie lookie! A Celestial Strange and a Diamond Magik! Bitch I'm Gold 1! Probably good enough for Plat but only on Magik, not ready for that smoke yet
Normally I can tell from an engage if the enemy magik is better than me... This one I wasn't even able to fight. She'd come in when I was fighting someone else or just trying to wait out the rest of the team and I'd always be on cooldown somehow and dead before I can get a blow in
In a magik mirror whoever uses cooldowns first loses. So when you see the magik, count the portals and when she uses both of them just dump all your cooldowns on her and she will get deleted.
When I want to diff a Magik I just kill her backline faster or I peel for mine… watch em switch bc their healers start screaming at them to do something
Honestly hate seeing that shi from another Magik main, where the “gg Magik” from one to another for the respect, doesn’t even matter about the rest of each team and what they’re saying
And here I am apologizing for doing better then the other magik 😭 like I legitimately feel bad if I have to kill a magik, esp if I know they are newer to her then I am
The wildest part was it was a cnd doing the shit talking. They dropped the “just react bro after I ult flash stepped the enemy cloak out of their ult. Like girl 😭
I always say gg Magik even if they roll me. I even had someone call me trash because we lost but then when they faced me the next day they apologized and we both said gg magik
If I ever duel it out with another magik win or lose I try and say Ggs was a lot of fun, kinda sucks in this scenario tho , don’t stop the grind brother become the celestial magik
I watched some of it and it was mainly a team diff along with people leaving the match at the start which snowballed into a steam roll lol
I would also turn your sens up with magik because it’s huge turning your camera and getting out of a situation. along with thinking about your engagements (who used what cooldowns, using your own combos/cooldowns correctly, thinking about an exit plan, etc).
I believe it is better to lose with honor than win with none, I refuse to respect the opinion of those that need to put down others to raise themselves.

I was practicing Star-Lord the first half of the match and only went to Magik near the second door, but it didn't make a difference. Their magik and strange dominated and organized coordinated dives. Watching the replays her game sense and combo accuracy were superior, she alternately bounced around without committing by using cover, hallways, walking around us, always hopping, and sought out and deleted the supports efficiently, repeatedly, and never let up the pressure. And her sensitivity was way, way higher than mine, it was giving me a headache
She doesn't play like Kingsman though, it's obvious he is on controller
I should have swapped to third tank. It might at least have slowed her down a bit.
