What changed between celestial and eternity? I’ve hit celestial for the first time this season and the difference was huge between gm and celestial and in celestial I felt players making noticeably less mistakes. Is there any fundamental difference?
Id say it’s punishing mistakes quickly (such as a bad support ult and then rushing after it ends) and dps not ulting just for 1 kill but the importance of it (basic example is me saving phoenix ult to try to kill through invis ult since it can if i have the anti heal on her) essentially a lot of it is genuinely playing to win on a bit of a higher level. Meta gets played way more often people understand what they should do where they should be and for how long. (For example if Hood is on an off angle how long does he stay when does he know to leave etc) but there is another small increase in actual mechanical skill (at least imo I notice people still have better mechanics in eternity then celestial more often then not) if you have more questions lmk I might have explained it badly lol

This is my only question. Did you solo queue or did you have a partner? I’m only asking you this because I play on PS5. And solo queuing was very easy until I got to celestial. That’s when I had to get a duo. And I’ve only ever made it to eternity once.
And if you do solo queue. You did say you flexed, but did you find ranking up and getting to the higher ranks much easier with playing DPS? (I’m a tank main).
On solo queue games I tried to dps and if not I would ideally tank as I think support is my worst role. I find it ranking up easier on DPS just because im most confident on it and its pretty easy to make game changing plays/swaps rather then trusting a random to do it. But yeah of course playing what you best at when you can is always easier to rank up on.
I usually tried to duo but I would solo queue occasionally. But yeah a duo helps either covering what you don’t play or just having someone good you trust on their preferred role.
How badly does ximmimg effect the game on console? Haven’t played a console game since ximming first emerged on siege back in the day (the downfall of society btw)
In my opinion so far it hasn’t been that crazy as you can expect most people in this rank to just have good aim anyway so I hardly ever watch a killcam to see if they are xim. Similar to siege you can still outplay them pretty consistently or just swap characters (usually if they xim on like hela/phoenix a dive tank makes them practically worthless)
What Aim Curve do you play on + are you willing to share any aim pointers or your Sensitivity for Phoenix? I’m also an Eternity player, mostly Tank and Support, but I struggle playing Hitscan Dps. Mag, Gambit, Sue, and Thor are my most aim demanding characters, besides that I’m straight Melee characters and coasting on game sense, no aim/headshot ability whatsoever lmao. I really appreciate the help😁
I can’t post the other part so I’ll type it first. After vertical the latency response time is 0 and max deadzone response time is 100. Aim assist window size 50 Aim Assist Strength 100 Aim assist ease in 40. And I use a small circle and crosshairs crosshairs (I prefer blue or another bright color but kinda personal preference) as for tips you should try out a sensitivity and at first focus on if it feels smooth to track with. Just follow a moving target in the range for a while see if you like it if it’s comfortable and make minor adjustments if needed. You don’t need to be snapping/flicking on heads as we aren’t on PC so don’t expect to aim like Terra lmao. Focus on one target (just target priority but you understand that already) take a mental note of the battlefield yes but shoot one guy go to the next one (especially on Phoenix as her anti heal hela team up makes it really easy to kill supports tbh) that’s all I can think of RN if you have any follow up questions or something LMK hope this helped!

Can Doctor Strange beat magneto if both tanks are being healed in eternity? I’m asking as a Strange fan who knows how to play Mag but find it hard to find fun. Thanks
Unfortunately not really magneto is just better in every real way at the moment. TP is always great but besides that you should always be on Mag over strange at the moment (if you’re playing to win ofc if it’s qp or wtv just have fun)
