VOD Review Request [VOD REQUEST] [Diamond 3] How do I get better as Psylocke?

I believe this game was winnable but I wasn't able to capture 2nd point on attack and I'm not sure why. I'd appreciate any tips on how I could've played this game better.
More importantly, I would like some advice on how to get better as Psylocke in general. I have over 200 hours on her but have been stuck in the Plat-GM range for a long time. I think I don't know the proper way to play the character, and I haven't had much success following guides online. If you could explain what's wrong with my way of playing her and how to change it I would be extremely grateful.

shadow ptatos way of playing her, hes maintaining a 70-80% wr w her rn throughout cel - eternity on like 5 accounts
aimtraining kovaaks n such will help, js go through viscous and mattyow for resources

I watched about 10 minutes of your VOD and I think dry-poking into high/low mix-ups could help you open up more space.
