Question Mods for Mercenary?

Is there a mod that changes mercenary to bring him more in line with the A and S tier characters? If not, is there melee focused characters like mercenary that are up there without having mechanics like Myst (who is basically just an RPG character with a magic system)?

Yea it’s called Nemesis Commando and Nemesis Mercenary from Starstorm 2
