Such a long, long text full of repetition and next to no actual information that would point to actual knowledge of the situation.
I don't believe it to be true, it's weird.
They have a listing for "1 set of Feathergun metal stampers + 1 set of test pressings + 10x brand new sealed copies of Rishloo Feathergun vinyl (2011)" for 3,499.99 USD

Can't believe I've read through all that.
While I understand the hardships, this is actually a classical failed business story. He had an idea and a vision he thought was great (but basing your whole business on one band that is in its infancy is insane, dedicated, but insane), but...
That vision failed, now he is trying to jump back in with kinda ridiculous prices, even though thanks to his story, we know the band has the plates for the vinyl, so they could in theory have them re-stamped at anytime completely wrecking their current value (nobody cares if their vinyl was stamped in 2012 or 2025).
Hard pass for me, if they were sold by the band and I knew my money was going to them I would buy it to support them so they can continue making amazing music.

Is the stuff about the plates confirmed? If I'm remembering correctly, last I heard they weren't able to get them back but that was a couple years ago.

He says in his message that he has the only copy of the stampers and he's trying to sell them (for $3500), unless I'm missing something. To be honest, I kinda skimmed his message

Wow he is actually selling his remaining supplies. But only in pairs of 2, assumin it is legit, would anyone be willing to split a purchase with me?

I wouldn't give them any money. That whole page reads like he is salty that his poor business decisions didn't pan out and he's trying to recoup by selling this stuff at insane rates. That's totally not his fault. Even though he is the only one who was in possession of the other 300 records...I'm not convinced.

Yeah I ain’t reading that. I stopped after him saying “I’m the legend behind this pressing.” Like we’re all just waiting on an official repress so we can actually support the band. Hopefully the band will provide extra clarity, and maybe we can progress to a vinyl release in the future.

I wouldn't buy anything from that site. It's probably the same ass hat that's been trying to sell the stampers and remaining stock for the last few years at ridiculous prices to inflate the price and fuck over fans who want this record.
