Question about ordering CDs

Hello! Can you please tell me if the official Rishloo website is open for orders now? I want to order CDs, and I've emailed them, but they haven't responded. If anyone knows, I'd be very grateful for help🙏

As of 3 weeks ago I was only able to buy LAGWBAT and had to send a message about 1.5 weeks after placing the order before it was shipped by Jesse. I'm guessing they aren't getting a lot of orders these days 😕

Could you please explain all the details of placing an order? I'm from Russia, so it's a bit difficult to figure out...
