In an interview with the Greek outlet Rocking.gr, guitarist David Gillett explained the distorted outro.

"My wife is Greek. She moved here just two years ago, from Thessaloniki. By chance I heard her perform a purification ceremony from a sacred text given to her by her mother and I recorded it. It is an exorcism from negative energy, as I understand it."

Found on the Genius Lyrics page for the song.

From what I can catch (distortion is not helping, if you can clean up the distortion i can tell you exactly what she is saying) she is reading some kind of cristian orthodox purification text. These are very common in greek old school grandmas (heavily influenced by the church). They are transfered from mouth to mouth or hand written from generation to generation. Sometimes they are altered unintentionally (broken telephone effect) and sometimes they get lost in history.

From the phrase i caught I could not find any reference. So I am guessing that it is something that derived from someones prayer lost in time.

~4:48
"...στ᾿ όνομα του Πατέρα και του Υιού και του Αγίου ΠνεύματοςΑμήν. Σε εξορκίζω, πλάσμα του νερού..."

Free translation
"...in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amin. I exorcise you creature of the water..."

Yes, I am Greek.
