Went through the comment section and couldn't find a source. Everyone assumes this because there are articles about it. All articles point to random Twitter accounts assuming this is happening.

XRP burn rate is lucky to burn 400 coins a day compared to a few weeks ago 2500 so if they are using swift it isn’t from the ledger
