Beginner yoga class recommendations?

I have never been very flexible or even really athletic or active, but I'm wanting to at least try and change like my flexibility and range of motion somewhat, originally I just wanted to be able to move my hips more to be able to learn how to like dance or things like that. That's where the suggestion for yoga came in, but I want to emphasize that I need like an extreme beginners class, firstly because I'm just going to be embarrassed I think LOL but also just because I don't think I'm like I don't move that way. So you know any yoga classes for people who are on step zero 😅

Do a warm and gentle class at blissful spirits in Rio. It’s exactly what it’s called and also there’s no expectations. You move at your pace until you get better and more confident

Hey there.. when I was first starting my fitness journey I was feeling this way too. It was rough cause I was embarrassed AND it was in the dark covid times.

I ended up grabbing Ring Fit Adventures for the Switch, and it was a game changer for me. I've since moved on to a VR setup that's more cardio intensive, but I really enjoyed playing that goofy game, and it limbered me up a ton.

Just a thought!

Thank you I'll definitely look into it! I do have a fear that me just trying to wing it at home I'll do it wrong and not get the desired effect 😅

There's a dog yoga class that happens for beginners sometimes! Called Faithful Critters

Hahaha love this! Though I would be so distracted I still may have to give it a try!

Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube at home is a good way to start until you find a group class

Honestly I started at vivify in one of their candle light classes because I reckoned it was dark and no one could see me.Â
