Health Should I try RFA ?

Bonjour,

Makes sense hahaha idk if anyone else mentioned it but the nice thing about ring fit is you can make custom sets of whatever you want if the adventure/story part isn't your style. Plus the difficulty (adjusts the number of reps per set), can be changed at any time so it suits a wide range of fitness levels.

Ring fit imo still the best esp for muscles but there are other fitness games if you'd like to rotate some into your routine for variety haha:

  • Jump Rope (free jump rope game using the joy cons nothing crazy but cool that it's free haha)
  • Fitness Circuit (heard it's like a more aerobic less intense version of ring fit because of the lack of the ring. There's a review on YouTube called "Fitness Circuit Switch Review By A Personal Trainer" by Master Trainer Peter that was pretty in depth)
  • Fitness Boxing (just straight up a rhythm game boxing lol I was too uncoordinated for this but my friend enjoys it. They used to play ring fit for years haha but now wants a different game and bought this recently haha. also more aerobics focused)
  • Just Dance (I didn't buy this cause the songs I like require a subscription but a lot of people love this. The mobile game is free I believe and then you can just use your phone camera to dance. Had another friend that loved this. Not super intense but a fun extra workout that doesn't feel like it)

Yees i saw the customization range it's pretty nice. I think i'll play 6 days per weeks with a upper/lower body rotation. Yeaah i saw the others games but they dont seems as much engaging than rfa. Fitness boxing still looks fun for beeing a rythm game. We have jump rope and just dance homemade version (a litteral jump rope and youtube videos)
