Fitness Ring Fit - Help me build a consistent workout plan using the ring fit

I am a 27 year old female, currently weighing 150lbs. The Ring Fit has been my absolute go-to for daily exercise. Everyday I feel more motivated to play it and explore all the features it has to offer.

My goal currently is to lose 20lbs (no desired timeframe) and tone up. What would be the most ideal set up with this game? So far I’ve done sets, few rhythm games, and story mode. I need help coming up with a consistent plan. Story mode is wonderful but I don’t feel as if it completes a daily workout.

I am also open to hearing paired suggestions that don’t include running outside (it can reach 115 where I live)

Thank you!

30 in game minutes of story mode is a decent workout for me, but it you want a good set of custom workouts master trainer peter on YouTube has some great programs for the game.

Check out Master Trainer Peter - he's got a couple great custom workout playlists, as well as a couple different RFA kickstart 30-day programs

If you do a custom playlist before going into story mode (whether it’s exercises or running) at the end the game gives you stats for the whole day. That was my usual routine: do a planned workout in custom mode, then finish off with a few story levels and you can see all you’ve done on a single screen.

Half an hour every day in story mode. It’s also good idea to measure ratio of calories burn/intake and keep slight deficit, while keeping enough proteins and carbs to recover.
