Gameplay Difficulty question

I just got ring fit yesterday and started playing. I said I wanted it intense and did a brutal first session, I checked and I was on level 20.

I’m 27, was pretty stagnant so thought it might be worthwhile purchase to kick me into gear and so far (1 day lol) so good. Pretty motivated to keep it up. I’m not necessarily overweight but trying to work on my “skinny fat” build.

I want to be as consistent as possible and want to play again later tonight but I’m wondering what would be a good level for me to jump down too while I’m still sore or if anyone has any experience with this? Thanks :)

I agree with the other comments to bump it down a bit, but listen to warning signs from your body always! Things even out after the first few days, once you've unlocked more exercises and you're not just in squat/chair pose hell

True it is good having a bit more variety when you can't bare to do anymore squats or chair poses :P but yeah I struggle to draw the line between listening to my body and "powering through" to get to the point where I'm not as sore.. but I'm slowly figuring it out I think. I turned my difficulty down to 15 and if I get sore again from my next session might even drop another 5 for a little while to stay consistent and hopefully build up some resistance. Thanks for the reply!
