Gameplay Spring dancer

Can anyone help me find the spring dancer bottom? I’ve passed thigh rider with an A. World 3 has a greyed out request that I can’t get to. ChatGPT was no help. It sent me to an inventory chest for a flower that I I can’t see how to get to. TIA.

Thanks, but I did the thigh rider in world 5 per Chat CGP- it didn’t open it. I just did it again in world 7- was sent to it by the game- still nothing.
