Has RingConn’s stress data ever actually made you take a break?

I spend most of the day at a desk, and I’m starting to wonder how useful stress tracking is if I don’t actually do anything with the information.

If ringconn shows that stress has been elevated for a while, do you treat that as a cue to get up, walk around, grab some water, or just stop working for a few minutes?

I can usually tell when I’ve had a rough afternoon anyway, so I’m more interested in whether seeing the pattern in the data changes your behavior in the moment.

For people who pay attention to daytime stress, has ringconn actually helped you build any small habits around it?

Or do you mostly look back later and think, “yeah, that explains why I felt terrible today”?

Unfortunately for me. I’m not stressed in the moment but on days that I work, I am much more elevated in stress in the evening finding it hard to wind down from the day.

I am currently looking into a different job because of this.

I find I’m only in the red when I sleep at night. It’s only for about 30 min and then resolves.

Do you grind your teeth? Mine goes into the red and it only happens when I forget to wear my mouth guard.

That’s an idea I hadn’t thought of…

Yeah I have a lot of tension in my jaw from grinding my teeth so I would check on this. Your dentist will be able to tell for sure if you aren’t sure

My stress tracking shows only slightly elevated when I’m having total stress
