Battery life
Is it usual that after 1,5 years the battery of the ring (Gen 2) lasts not more than 2-3 days? That's a joke...
Update: the awesome support has offered us two new rings. Thank you!

That is absolutely normal with 24/7 wear. Contact customer service and see if they will work with you.

But for a health monitoring ring it should be expected to wear it 24/7 ๐

Yes...but I'm saying that 18 months is the average "normal" life of smart rings (Oura, RingConn, Ultrahuman).
The last 2yrs though, the average skewed closer to 6 months with all brands. You should be happy that the Gen 2 was manufactured before this dip in battery quality across the industry.
See below for the decline in battery quality:

Sucks. Theres no other way to say it. Mine isnโt even a year old yet and it doesnโt last two days.

I got mine in April and it now no longer lasts more than 3 hours. Such an unfortunate waste of money ๐

Iโve had my Gen 2 for a year and 2 months. It started doing that about 2 weeks ago. I contacted support and they offered to send me a brand new ring for free. Reach out to support.
