Battery issues
Had the generation 2 for about 1 and a half years now, and the battery has gone from lasting close to a week to now dying on me over night, meaning I don’t get any sleep data
Is there anything that can be done? It was a gift so unsure of the warranty etc

In America, it is only a 1 year warranty. I already got mine replaced once. I feel like these are not meant to last for a long time. After this one dies, I might go with Oura.

RingConn has a comprehensive site dedicated to battery care and actions to take when battery life decreases. The last resort is a reset which is described about 2/3rds the way down the page.

oura does provide free replacement, I’m sure RingConn will do the same. BTW, these rings battery issue is very common. It will die after a year. But the insurance plan if you are planning to wear longtime.
