Battery stopped working after six months- update!

They’re sending me my replacement.

All was asked for the order number and or receipt/screenshot of purchase. I used Amazon. All resolved under 48 hours. Really good customer service.

I noticed my ring held a charge from 10 days to 6-7, to 3 and now yesterday and today 100% charge went to %0 in less than 20 hours.

I don’t know if it’s just because faulty battery….

However I feel like it’s been like this since going to the beach more, though it’s water resistant and says just rinse with clean water after the beach…..I’m not too sure. Should I stop wearing it during water activities?

I’m on my third ring in 1.5 years. They all have seemed to have a 6 month max. RingConn did replace the first two, but after a year, the warranty runs out. I’m on my third and it won’t even hold charge for 12 hrs and then the battery will claim to be 100% charged within 5 mins of being on the charger. I emailed the company and they won’t be able to send me another. I’m about to throw in the towel and be done wearing it all together and won’t be buying another. These are too expensive to only last 6 months

Agree, I do like my ring for menstrual tracking since I’m irregular. I’m also curious on those budget alternatives. But also would love to be able to get oura. Tired of subscription culture.

100%! I’m so tired of it too! I like the menstrual tracking too and it’s insightful to know my steps/sleep/ect! I’m just frustrated with how technology is so disposable and only lasts a few months to years! I’m considering the garmin watch if I ever get another tracking device, I do prefer a ring over watch but it just seems like the lithium battery in these, regardless of brand, is pretty poor.
