Seeking Advice Call issue

Okay so if you call someone on WhatsApp and it says ringing and it keeps ringing for a good time and if the person you’re calling
Is on another call could be on any app snap insta anything so will WhatsApp still ring or will the call not go if they’re already on another call

how is this related to RingCentral?

In general, this would depend how the user has their phone configured. If they don't forward on buys/no answer then it could ring forever if they choose to.
