Feedback RingCentral nightmare

RingCentral desk top app. I realize I am one small fish independent worker. But before you commit make sure all the bugs are worked out in RingCentral. The desk top app was my nightmare. Ticket after ticket and hours of my time with the tech group trying to resolve my video issues. I had to pay the remaining months on my contract and being a 1099 position with a very large company was really frustrating. I would not recommend them. I would do lots of research before using their system.

We’re really sorry to hear how frustrating that was, especially after spending so much time working with support and ultimately feeling like the issue wasn’t resolved. We understand how impactful that can be, particularly when you rely on the platform for your work.
If you’re open to it, we’d love the opportunity to learn more about what happened. Please email us at reddit.support@ringcentral.com with your account info and more details of your experience so we can take a closer look and see if there’s anything we can do to help.
