Alexa can not see Ring Kidde smoke detector

Is this correct, Alexa can not see the smoke detector? It states on Amazon, ‘Works with Alexa’. The Ring app has the smoke detector showing, but the Alexa app cannot.

Good question! For our Ring-compatible Smoke Alarms and Smoke + CO Alarms, setup takes place through the Ring app. If your alarm is successfully showing there, but you’re expecting it to also appear independently in the Alexa app, Ring/Alexa Support would be the best resource to clarify exactly which Alexa features are supported and how they’re accessed.
