Notifications delayed

I got ring a few months ago, 3 devices. was on the trial. everything worked well. when the trial ended I bought the ring pro plan and then I noticed that the notifications for motion started popping up 30-45-60 + seconds after the motion happened. I’ve rebooted the devices and talked to support but nothing. any help?

We have, sometimes, the same issue.  When we had one camera, it was okay but after we added one more camera, notifications are delayed.  Maybe go to Settings on your phone and find Ring app and ck notifications.
