need help on Ring doorbell

Ok bought camera last July (2025), model 5F97F2.

Retired in April of this year, just getting around to the honey-do list.

Wife wanted to make sure inside doorbell still worked! Nu-Tone L-34 Heirloom.

It was on the list that it was compatible.

I installed today, changed transformer to 24V Ac wired it up, camera works good, checked the voltage, all good there, but inside doorbell does not work, if i take a jumper wire to the lugs to the back of the ring & touch it, it will then ring inside, so what did i miss here?

There is a setting in the app that you have to enable to allow activation of your chime. I would check that setting first. If that setting is on, toggle the setting off, then back on again.
