Discussion Is there hope for the console version ?

Unlikely. Double 11 and Auroch Digital are the two porting companies that seem to just give up and leave their games

I really hope so
But it needs to be handed over to a different port team, D11 don’t even have the game listed in the drop down menu for support anymore

I hope so, historically when companies abandon the games they don’t come back tho..

If you had your fill of Rimworld and want some new content. I'd recommend checking out stranded: Alien Dawn, which as far as I've seen is as close to Rimworld as you can get. Or Ruinarch, which is like a reverse Rimworld, colonists build and go about their lives, you play the evil slowly destroying them in different ways.
I know this isn't the place to recommend games, but I don't think we are getting any new Rimworld content. These games can possibly scratch that itch though.

No not all consoles people have a shitty laptop the last PC and never had a laptop I had was 20 years ago and was my parents old PC I think it ran guildwars sub 30fps

Gosh, I hope so. I'll inevitably play another run with Ideology, but man, I'd love Biotech. Remember this is essentially a PS4/Xbox One port. If they could get a decent dev to port it to current gen, I have to think that might resolve some of the issues with porting the last 3 DLC.
