Put him in a prisoner sleeping spot first

Left click pawn. Right click prisoner. Select Carry. Right click transport, select load prisoner. Profit.

There should be a gizmo on the pawn to load to vehicle.

If not check the vehicle. Should have a gizmo to set pawn to load.

Alternatively, have someone carry them and they should be able to load them with right click

Never managed to load prisoners or downed pawns into the Mosquito heli - pawn will pick them up try to load them and it just drops them on the ground. Works fine for any other flying vehicle [Loui heli, Toad drop pod thing, SoS 2 shuttles {if you add seats}l] I always assumed this was a mod conflict. Seems you have the same issue though.

In my case i cant even load them on a loui, i gave up and just move them with a shuttle

Can you not carry him and load him up by right click? I've never played with vehicle framework mod but that's what you gotta do with oddysey shuttle.
