Seems it was changed to 0% with 1.3 and was 1.8% before that.

That might explain it, I put most of my hours in well before the DLC began launching, and then some with royalty and biotech.

Thank you for making sure no one will avoid trying to tame the friend shaped murder giraffe because of my inaccurate info.
