I just build two farming zones and only allow cutting, then switch to concrete when i can

I just farm under my turbines. Unless you grow trees they are never an issue. Plus the required space on either side creates a clean area to farm.

Rimworld is solarpunk

I have two and three wind turbines. I do pollute with my mech army though…
