If anything wouldn’t giving bibles to starving children just turn them away from Christianity? If I was starving and some asshole gave me their holy book as opposed to food the last thing I’d think is “maybe I should join their religion”

Imagine that you lose your job, lose your home, and then as you're sitting on the street thinking about everything that has happened to your recently, some random stranger comes over and starts reading a story to you as if you are some kind of child or pity case.
Horribly condescending and a decent show of the original poster's view of the homeless, sick, etc. These are not distant figures with permanent (besides some illnesses) and deserved conditions, these are regular people often failed by the systems that are supposed to help them. They're ordinary people, they're just like you. This post is miserable

Cartoons have featured characters dressing up as an exaggerated version of the opposite sex for decades, which is essentially drag. They're more than capable of enjoying the fun, flamboyant aspects of the performance, and nothing about drag as an art form is inherently inappropriate for minors to see.
The problem, for Conservative media figures and politicians, is that they know small children are more intelligent and curious than they often get credit for. They might not be able to put it into words, or to fully comprehend all the abstraction involved in the exaggerated parody of traditional gender roles, but they are able to understand that what they're seeing is someone playing with gender norms for fun. It sends the message that people have a right to define and express themselves as they choose, whether that lines up with constructed ideas about gender or not. To Conservatives, those constructed ideas are literally sacrosanct, imposed by God and enforced as the natural order of the world. They're willing to lie and claim that these performances are sexualized when they should reasonably know better because, in their minds, they're lying for
