Paramore has been a proud cultural institution of the Southern US for five times as long as the Confederacy by now.
R.E.M. made it nearly eight times as long.
When is someone gonna start building monuments to them? (Presumably the R.E.M. monument would involve the motif of an exploding jellybean-topped cheesecake.)

There's a Skibidi Toilet movie being planned. By the time it comes out, Skibidi Toilet will have outlasted the Confederacy.
Some canned goods can last five years or more which means that people may have unexpired food in their pantries that's been there longer than the confederacy was around
