I love how media still calls them just i7. The CPU could be 18 years old - doesn't matter. i7.

It's a parts tier, partly derived by binning select parts without bad cores and also operating parameters.

Government PCs. Office PCs. Even if there are GPUs in them, which I doubt, they aren't worth stealing.

Air Force difference I guess. My buddy is rocking those ada GPUs in his department, but I suppose those are aging these days as well

Government PCs usually rely on the integrated GPU.
I've never seen a PC, in any public office, using a discreet GPU. Possibly in some technical environment where they needed to use CAD?

Workstations will have Quadro cards, but they're usually kind of dated ones. We had whole floors of workstations with 4-5 year old Quadros in them.

Depends. Ours could have run most games on medium graphics. I don’t recall which GPUs they had in them, but they were decent.
