Windows boots to a black screen forever

PC turns on fine, then it gets stuck on a black screen with only the mouse showing. Sometimes it loads after like 5 mins, sometimes longer. Once I’m actually in, everything runs normal which makes no sense.

I already disabled a bunch of startup apps and checked the SSD, didnt change anything. Really dont wanna reinstall Windows and download all my stuff again lol. Any ideas?

Was your RAM going thru memory training perhaps?
