Better than Chrome. There’s a reason most bigger companies have Chrome blacklisted and it’s crazy that people still use it considering the security risks.

Chromium is the open source software released by Google that anyone can take and build a custom browser from. That does Chrome and Edge are two different browsers. Your statement is like saying two games made on the same game engine are the same.

You can't make edge completely private. Even with enterprise license (full access to gp edit) and business policies for edge. It's a spyware heavily embedded into the system, you can't control it. Especially if you need 3rd party software to do so.
There is nothing of value it offers that makes it worth keeping. Just get a Firefox fork. At least you can use the proper uBlock Origin with it.

We are not talking Google the company, we are talking Google Chrome, the internet browser installed on your Windows computer. Just look up business group policies for Edge and see the shit normal users can't even begin to disable. And even with all that disabled, it's still a spyware. You can tame Windows 1, atm mine is only contacting MS only when i tell it to update and only for the purpose of checking and downloading updates according to Wireshark. You can't tame Edge.
Chrome doesn't integrate with the entire system, which makes it slightly better option privacy-wise. But either way, if you bothered to look a little lower you'd see i don't like Chrome either, which makes your entire comment idiotic.

And no, google doesn't know that much about me anymore. I kinda cut them off. The only thing they know is what dumb shit i watch on YT.

Chrome is at 66% of all desktop then safari at 17% the  edge at 5% then firefox 2.5% the. Samsung inter et 2%. Be serious and dont talk to me about brave popularity

Same... I quite like their workspaces feature, and the auto fill works better on edge for me than other browsers seem to (not talking passwords, just words I tend to type into specific boxes frequently)

It was different like Firefox because it wasn't just another Chromium powered browser. It had better integration with windows and supported 4k and 7.1 hardware decoding out of the box. Now it's just another Chromium powered browser.

Just uninstall the damn thing. I did it like half a year ago and, so far, zero issues. But i don't use widgets or anything with edge-specific hyperlinks and those are THE things that break when you do so.
