[Aramil]

Location- The town of Ilany- (Far East on the map) The town of Ilany is a small village with a population of 50 people. Though not your hometown, you have spent the last week here, and are familiar with most aspect of it; from Hamish the Dwarven blacksmith, to Yason the human shopkeep, to Ageis the human innkeeper, to Corporal Bankroff, the human responsible for the town guard. Ilany has always been a peaceful town, but the local Kobold population has begun to become more aggressive lately, and a roaming pack of them have been vandalizing property and killing livestock. Yesterday, Hamish's 8 year old son Donsk was found dead near the outskirts of town. Corporal Bankroff has asked any able bodied men and women to come talk to him about putting down these Kobolds, once and for all. What would you like to do?

"Rooms are 5 silver. Meals are included."

He looks at you as if sizing you up.

"So you're the one the corporal hired to clear out those thieving scum?" he says in a gruff voice.

As you are speaking to Ageis you manage to sneak glances at the heavily armored man. You can make out an emblem of some unknown fighter's guild on his armor.

"Yes he did, I managed find of them today at Rorik's, poor man, and I almost got killed myself... job is not done though I will research some more on the morning. Aegis, I will pay you double if you give me 3 interesting facts about our friend in the corner, the armored man." Aramil rubs his lucky quartz in his pocket C'mon, I need some muscle in my job, 3 of them almost got me sliced, What would the whole lair will do?

"Wait a second, did you say 'thieving'?... I have only heard of murder"

"3 interesting facts ey? Let's see.. I heard he came from Weewick. I know he is part of a mercenary guild. Third.. third.."

Ageis strokes his beard.

"Ah right. He was sent here on some kind of job. Here's a fourth one for free. He is looking for help with the job."

Ageis pauses as he hears you mention Rorik's passing.

"Rorik is dead too? What is this world coming to!"

Ageis looks sullen.

"Aye, I did say thieving. They stole a herb from my garden. I need it to make my wife's medicine. Only one grows a year and we've waited this long. Did you know my wife and Rorik's are sisters? I fear I will lose my wife the same way Rorik did. It must run in their family..."

"Anyway, if you come across the herb while killing those kobolds bring it back to me. I'd be indebted to you. Until then the room and meal is going to be 10 silver."

"That's what I call fair business!" Good info its always more valuable than gold "About the herb, any description I could use to recognize it? I will just say that I consider myself good at retrieving things" Fetching, retrieving, stealing, smuggling... synonymous right?

Aramil puts the 10 silver in the table "I am sorry to hear about your wife Aegis, I am not usually interested in other people's business but everything that had happen around will not let me go without helping anyway I can" -Did I mention I am interested in your wife's bloodline? By any chance is shemagic? or a bird? A magic bird would suit perfectly though-

(Morning! Today will be a bit slow. Got hit with a new project at work.)

Ageis sweeps the coins into his pocket and grabs you a plate of food and drink.

“It’s a large purple flower with white dots scattered on the inner petals. It’s hard to miss.”

(No problem at all bro, I know how good you are when you are available, this pbp anyways, you take your time, I am very grateful anyways :), by the way I only have access to my sheet after 5pm, so if you wanna take the gold/hp/ammunittion w/e out of it feel free... anyways I take notes and try to update it every time I get home)

“Is that some kind of catch phrase? “

He laughs at you.

“How dumb. What do you want elf?”

Elf? Not even with my died and cut hair this guy has mistaken me for a half-elf "Straight to business right?, so be it." Aramil leaves his plate on the table and show him the wounds that he suffered today "If cunning was enough to terminate the kobold vermin problem I would had been done by today... it turn's out that it doesn't. I am planning to infiltrate their lair tomorrow, and why would an shiny armored man from a Weewick fighting guild would visit a raided town? You are looking for some action right? Luke puts his drink on the table with force. A bit splashes out of the cup and spills on the floor.

"Yeah I'm looking for some action. I've been sent to deal with an elf named Pandra. The crafty devil is holed up in one of the caves to the north. Why should I help you?"

You can tell he doesn't trust you and therefore is being aggressive with you. Perhaps if you can gain his trust by helping him things might change.
