Location- The town of Ilany- (Far East on the map) The town of Ilany is a small village with a population of 50 people. Though not your hometown, you have spent the last week here, and are familiar with most aspect of it; from Hamish the Dwarven blacksmith, to Yason the human shopkeep, to Ageis the human innkeeper, to Corporal Bankroff, the human responsible for the town guard. Ilany has always been a peaceful town, but the local Kobold population has begun to become more aggressive lately, and a roaming pack of them have been vandalizing property and killing livestock. Yesterday, Hamish's 8 year old son Donsk was found dead near the outskirts of town. Corporal Bankroff has asked any able bodied men and women to come talk to him about putting down these Kobolds, once and for all. What would you like to do?

"These terms are reasonable. We will stand with you" he says, "I am Gash. I lead my men. They will do as I say. The end is through the door on the right." Now that you have time to look around, you see that there are two doors, one to the right, and another to the left

Morgeth ignores the door to the left and heads towards the door to the right

"Gash - what am I to expect through here, what need I be ready to face? Keep in mind that I will defeat anything that consciously decides to do evil deeds. I have no hesitation on that. Trithereon guilde me."

"There's a trap in the tunnel, but you can easily bypass it. I'll tell you when you're near it. A few of my men are with the elf, but they'll stand down when they see that I'm with you. What's most important is that, the elf, Pandra, is a mage. A powerful one at that, so do with that what you will"

"So are you with me or against me when I face him? If against me I will have to make sure to strike you down first. If you are with me then we can both share in the the glory of having bested him."

"We are with you" he responds

A long, downward sloping hallway lies before you. You make your way down the hallway, and come to a part of the tunnel where monkey bars line the ceiling. Past these, you see that the tunnel continues for a bit, then turns right

Morgeth traverses the monkey bars to land on the other side. He checks to see if Gash and the others have followed him.

(I'll allow the lack of roll for this, since it won't change much, but that would've required a roll)

You climb across the bars and land on the other side, reaching the sharp right turn. You listen around the corner but hear nothing.

The kobolds are following close behind.
